Hille Poroson ukończyła w 1993 Estońską Akademię Muzyczną w klasie fortepianu prof. A. Juozapenaite-Eesmaa, a także Estońską Szkołę Muzyki Kościelnej (1995), gdzie jej nauczycielem był Rolf Uusväli. Kontynuowała naukę na licznych kursach mistrzowskich w Finlandii, Niemczech, Francji i Hiszpanii. W latach 1999-2001 studiowała na Uniwersytecie Muzycznym w Lubece w klasie organów prof. Eberharda Lauera, a następnie przez kolejny rok w Łotewskiej Akademii Muzycznej. Współpracowała z wieloma zespołami kameralnymi, chórami (w tym z Estońskim Narodowym Chórem Męskim) i solistami, a także pracowała jako muzyk kościelny w różnych świątyniach. Obecnie jest organistką i dyrektorem muzycznym parafii Maarja-Magdaleena w Rapli oraz kościoła św. Jakuba w Viimsi. Organizuje cykle koncertów organowych Rapla Organ Summer oraz Viimsi Organ Summer. W 2017 została wyróżniona honorowym tytułem Muzyka Kościelnego Roku.

Tiia Tenno jest absolwentką Szkoły Muzycznej H. Ellera w Tartu (fortepian) oraz Estońskiej Akademii Muzycznej w Tallinie (organy). W latach 1992-1995 uzupełniała studia w Niemczech, gdzie ukończyła Wyższą Szkołę Muzyki Kościelnej w Herford. Brała również udział w wielu mistrzowskich kursach gry na organach (B. Haas, W. Zerer, J. Laukvik, A. Marcon, P. van Dijk i E. Kooimann). Od 1996 pracuje jako organistka i chórmistrzyni w kościele św. Jana w Tallinie. Jest również jedną z założycielek Fundacji Organowej Kościoła św. Jana i członkinią jej zarządu. Współpracowała z wieloma wybitnymi solistami oraz wykonywała recitale w Niemczech, Finlandii, Szwecji i Estonii, w tym wielokrotnie na Międzynarodowym Festiwalu Organowym w Tallinie. Jako solistka występowała z Estońsko-Fińską Orkiestrą Barokową i Tallińską Orkiestrą Kameralną.

Duet organowy Tiia Tenno – Hille Poroson gra razem od 2002 roku. Artystki koncertowały wspólnie w Estonii, na Łotwie, w Niemczech, Finlandii i Francji, a także w wielu estońskich świątyniach, m.in. w katedrze w Tallinie oraz w tallińskich kościołach św. Jana, św. Karola i Świętego Ducha; występowały też na międzynarodowych festiwalach organowych w Parnawie i Viljandi.

Hille Poroson graduated from the Estonian Academy of Music in 1993 in piano (in the class of Prof. A. Juozapenaite-Eesmaa) and from the Estonian Church Music School in 1995, where her teacher was Rolf Uusväli. She has continued her studies at several masterclasses in Finland, Germany, France and Spain. In 1999-2001 she studied at the Lübeck University of Music in Germany in the organ class of Prof. Eberhard Lauer, and then for a year at the Latvian Academy of Music. Hille Poroson has collaborated with several chamber ensembles, choirs (including the Estonian National Male Choir RAM) and soloists and has worked as a church musician in various churches. Currently Hille Poroson is the organist and music director of the Maarja-Magdaleena parish in Rapla and the St. Jaakob church in Viimsi. Organizes a series of organ concerts Rapla Organ Summer and Viimsi Organ Summer. In 2017 Poroson was awarded the honorary title of Church Musician of the Year.

Tiia Tenno is a graduate of the Tartu H. Eller’s Music School (piano), and of the Estonian Academy of Music in Tallinn (organ). From 1992-1995 she complimented her studies in Germany, where she graduated from the Herford’s Higher Church Music School. She has also taken part in many organ master classes (B. Haas, W. Zerer, J. Laukvik, A. Marconi, P. van Dijk and E. Kooimann). Since 1996 she has worked as the St John’s Tallinn Congregation organist and choirmaster, she is also one of the founders of the St. John’s Church Organ Fund and a member of the board. Tiia Tenno has cooperated with many outstanding soloists and given solo recitals in Germany, Finland, Sweden and Estonia, many times at the Tallinn International Organ Festival. As a soloist she has performed with the Estonian-Finnish Baroque Orchestra and Tallinn Chamber Orchestra.

Organ duo Tiia Tenno – Hille Poroson have been playing together since 2002. They have given concerts in Estonia, Latvia, Germany, Finland, France, and have performed together in many Estonian churches, including Tallinn Cathedral, St. John’s, St. Charles’, and Holy Spirit’s churches in Tallinn; at the Pärnu, Viljandi, and Tallinn International Organ Festivals.
